Who can buy from Xystos?

Xystos caters exclusively to trade professionals and is for resale only. If you’re interested in becoming a customer of our exquisite products or wish to explore our offerings further, we invite you to contact us. We are unable to provide our services to Amazon retailers.

Where are you based?

We are based in Blaydon, just outside of Newcastle. Head to our Area Sales Manager section to find your local sales representative.

Can I buy online?

You can buy online from our website, simply contact via sales@xystos.co.uk or submit a trade enquiry and our friendly team will help guide you through our simple registration process. We guarantee safe checkout with a range of payment methods with options to use Cardgains and pay later available to make purchasing with Xystos a breeze.

How do I see your prices?

After you have registered for an account, you will be able to log into your Xystos account to view our competitive prices on our incredible ranges.

How do I open a trade account?

You can register an interest by submitting a form by clicking the trade application section of our website. Simply fill in your first name, last name and email and we’ll do the rest!

What is your minimum order?

We have no minimum order number for UK-based customers however orders under £300 that are placed on the website incur a £10 carriage charge. For international customers, we have a minimum order spend of £1000 on our products.

How do I check your stock levels?

You can check which products are in stock on our website. If a product you are interested in is not in stock, you can contact your Area Sales Manager or email sales@xystos.co.uk to check when it will be available.

How quickly are you able to dispatch orders?

We will let you know after you have ordered, the delivery method and the estimated time of delivery for your products. We have a team ready and waiting to help you every step of the way.

Can I return items?

The purchaser must inspect the products upon delivery and inform Xystos, Flame & Fragrance Ltd within 7 days in writing of any products which are delivered in a damaged or defective state or of any shortfall in the quantity of any delivery. Any shortfall in the number of Products delivered from that stated in any contract to which these conditions apply shall not give rise to a claim for damages for breach of contract solely because of such shortfall, but the purchaser shall only be obliged to pay at the contract rate for the quantity of Products delivered.

Non-delivery must be reported by the purchaser within 48 hours by telephone of the agreed date of delivery and confirmed in writing within 7 days of the agreed date of delivery.

All correspondence should contain the customer’s name, address, account number with Flame & Fragrance Ltd and the invoice number that the claim relates to.
